At the end of the TRIAL PERIOD, the USER must either register (purchase) TestGold or remove it from computer. During TRIAL PERIOD the USER may use TestGold, create and save tests for evaluation purpose only. The original install package of unregistered TestGold may be distributed by any mean (CDROM, Cover Disc or Web site). When TestGold is registered (purchased), we send special registration code ("Activation Key") to the USER. Activation Key is used for activation of full without time-limit version of TestGold (“REGISTERED TESTGOLD”). Activation Key allows the USER to use REGISTERED TESTGOLD on one single computer only. When the USER changes computer hardware, the USER may reactivate TestGold on the same computer. AVELife reserves the right to implement technological measures in TestGold to prevent its unlicensed or illegal use. The USER is allowed to make one copy of REGISTERED TESTGOLD for backup purposes only. 2. OWNERSHIP TestGold and the accompanying materials are exclusively owned by AVELife and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by AVELife. 3. RESTRICTIONS You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, modify, disassemble or decompile, otherwise reverse engineer, or distribute REGISTERED TESTGOLD or Activation Key. Otherwise, the rights granted in this EULA will be immediately and automatically terminated and criminal and/or civil prosecution inevitable. 4. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND UPGRADING After registering (purchase) TestGold the USER gets free technical support by E-Mail for one year from date of purchase and minor updates (3.x) completely for free. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY TestGold is provided "AS IS" without representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. The USER must assume the entire risk of using TestGold, and AVELife will not be liable to the USER or any other third-party for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any profit or data loss, even if such loss was foreseeable by AVELife. In case of violation of the present agreement conditions AVELife can demand complete and unconditional reimbursement of the losses, including the missed profit. 6. AVOIDANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AVELife can terminate this agreement without damage to any rights at TestGold usage with violation of the present agreement conditions. The USER can terminate this agreement at his own discretion at any moment, thus the USER is obliged to stop any TestGold usage and delete all available copies of TestGold by the ways, which do not suppose their further usage.
